We’re looking for a Janitor to play a key role in maintaining high standards across residential estates.About the RoleAs a Janitor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that multi-storey blocks and surrounding areas are clean, secure, and welcoming for residents. This is a varied role combining both office-based duties and hands-on estate management.Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Carrying out regular patrols to ensure buildings and estates are safe and well maintained.</li><li>Monitoring CCTV, door entry, and IT systems to support security and resident access.</li><li>Acting as a first point of contact for tenant queries and resolving or escalating issues.</li><li>Managing administrative tasks such as issuing fobs and maintaining records.</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining communal areas including lifts, foyers, and litter chutes.</li><li>Conducting litter picks and ensuring outdoor areas remain tidy and presentable.</li><li>Supporting emergency cover where required at short notice.</li></ul><p>You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:</p><ul><li>Reliable, flexible, and able to work a rotating shift pattern (early, late, weekends)</li><li>Comfortable balancing office-based tasks with hands-on cleaning and estate duties.</li><li>A strong communicator who can engage effectively with residents and visitors.</li><li>Proactive in identifying and addressing issues to maintain high standards. xwzovoh </li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p>Apply today directly via this advert</p>
