With 5,000+ employees and £600m+ turnover, we combine the strength of a major group with a great culture, innovative mindset and inclusive values making Dalkia a great place to work and grow your career.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> HSEQ Advisor </strong></p><p><br></p><p> An exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join Dalkia as an HSEQ Advisor supporting the delivery of high-profile Mechanical, Electrical and MEP construction projects across London and the South.</p><p><br></p><p> This role is ideal for an ambitious Health & Safety professional who wants to work within a technically complex, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement across major engineering and infrastructure projects.</p><p><br></p><p> You’ll work closely with operational teams, Project Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders, helping to embed a proactive QSHE culture across live construction and energy projects that support the UK’s net zero and sustainability ambitions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong> What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Providing practical QSHE support across live M&E and construction projects</li><li>Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews</li><li>Supporting RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and project documentation</li><li>Leading incident investigations and driving corrective actions</li><li>Supporting ISO 45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 management systems</li><li>Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and behavioural safety initiatives</li><li>Influencing operational teams and promoting best practice across projects</li><li>Supporting mobilisation of new projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> We’re Interested in Speaking With:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>NEBOSH qualified HSEQ professionals</li><li>Candidates with experience within M&E, MEP, construction, engineering, infrastructure or energy sectors</li><li>Individuals comfortable working across live operational and project environments</li><li>Strong communicators who can engage and influence at all levels</li><li> Professionals passionate about driving a positive and proactive safety culture</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re interested in hearing more, or know someone who could be a strong fit, please get in touch directly. xwzovoh </p><p><br></p><p><strong> Equity, Diversity & Inclusion</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re committed to an inclusive and fair recruitment process.
