HSEQ Advisor An exciting hybrid opportunity has arisen to join Dalkia as an HSEQ Advisor supporting the delivery of high-profile Mechanical, Electrical and MEP construction projects across London and the South. This role is ideal for an ambitious Health & Safety professional who wants to work within a technically complex, fast-paced environment while playing a key role in driving safety, compliance and continuous improvement across major engineering and infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with operational teams, Project Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders, helping to embed a proactive QSHE culture across live construction and energy projects that support the UK’s net zero and sustainability ambitions. Providing practical QSHE support across live M&E and construction projects Conducting site inspections, audits and compliance reviews Supporting RAMS, Construction Phase Plans and project documentation Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and behavioural safety initiatives Influencing operational teams and promoting best practice across projects Supporting mobilisation of new projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives NEBOSH qualified HSEQ professionals Individuals comfortable working across live operational and project environments Professionals passionate about driving a positive and proactive safety culture Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
