If you love building teams, delivering consistent quality, and running a tight, well-organised operation, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.<br>The Role As Head Chef, youll take full ownership of the kitchen, leading service, developing your team, and delivering food youre proud of. Youll drive high standards, maintain excellent food safety, and ensure every plate meets spec. Youll also shape menus, manage stock and GP, and work closely with the GM to keep service smooth and guests happy.<br>This role also brings future potential to step up to Executive Chef within this group in the coming months.<br>What Youll Be Doing Leading, coaching and developing the kitchen team<br>Running efficient, organised services in a high-volume environment<br>Creating seasonal menus, specs and costings<br>Managing stock, ordering, waste and GP<br>Ensuring top-tier food safety, hygiene and compliance<br>Working collaboratively with FOH to deliver great guest experiences<br>Maintaining a clean, safe, well-run kitchen at all times<br>What Were Looking For 2+ years experience as a Head Chef in a fresh-food, quality-led xwzovoh kitchen<br>Strong leadership skills, calm, organised, and great with people<br>Excellent food knowledge and creativity with menu development<br>Confident with cost control, budgeting and rota management<br>A role model for standards, safety and professionalism<br>If youre a Head Chef who leads from the front, develops people, and thrives in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment, wed love to hear from you.<br>Send your CV to Scott today for more information.
