Kitchens are fast, open and guest facing, regularly sending out thousands of bowls of pasta a day, where consistency, speed and precision are everything<br>What you will get up too?<br>Maintaining and elevating food quality and consistency at scale, protecting the groups reputation and guest expectations<br>Full day to day responsibility for driving kitchen operations to maintain the high standards and deliver an outstanding product at scale<br>Act as a brand ambassador in your kitchen, modelling a modern, people first leadership style rather than old-school back-of-house mentality<br>Working closely with the senior team to align food operations and commercial performance<br>Sound great?
