Food Retail Director UK&I – Contract Catering – National – Excellent package on offer<br><br>Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.<br>An exciting opportunity for an experienced food retail leader to drive the transformation of a large-scale foodservice retail operation across the UK & Ireland.<br>The purpose of the role is to create a more consistent, consumer-led and commercially focused retail model across a complex multi-site estate.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Define and deliver the UK&I food retail strategy<br>Build and lead a central Retail Function and Centre of Excellence<br>Drive improvements in retail sales, pricing, margin and commercial performance<br>Embed category management and scalable retail operating standards<br>Develop and launch innovative retail formats and partnerships<br>Support client growth, retention and new business opportunities<br>Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, finance and digital teams<br>About You<br>Senior food retail leadership experience within multi-site environments, either in Contract Catering or high street brands<br>Proven track record xwzovoh of food retail transformation and commercial growth<br>Strong expertise in category management, pricing and retail formats<br>Commercially driven, consumer-focused and data-led<br>Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capability<br>If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Dan at COREcruitment dot com
