Pastry Chef de Partie - Hospitality Contract Catering - £32,000 to £35,000<br><br>Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.<br>We're recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie to join a prestigious, high-end hospitality site within a financial institution in London .<br>This is a unique opportunity to work within a refined, client-facing environment delivering high-end pastry and dessert offerings across fine dining, private dining and corporate hospitality, all within a Monday to Friday operation in London.<br>The Offer<br>£32,000 - £35,000 salary<br>Monday to Friday operation<br>40 - 45 hours per week<br>Daytime-led hours with occasional evenings<br>2–3 evening services per week (Mon–Fri)<br>Strong work–life balance vs restaurants<br>Prestigious, high-end environment<br>The Operation<br>Prestigious financial institution setting.<br>Fully client-focused dining and events operation.<br>Multiple private dining & meeting rooms.<br>Up to 20 dedicated formal dining rooms.<br>40–50 fine dining covers per day (average).<br>Up to 200 covers at full capacity.<br>Breakfast, lunch & corporate events.<br>The Food<br>Michelin-influenced, high-end hospitality food.<br>Refined modern pastry and dessert offering.<br>Seasonal, detail-driven menus.<br>Plated desserts, petit fours & hospitality pastries.<br>Exceptional presentation and consistency required.<br>The Role<br>Support the senior pastry team daily.<br>Hands-on in prep & service.<br>Run the pastry section independently.<br>Maintain high standards and consistency.<br>Assist with menu development and seasonal ideas.<br>Work closely with the wider kitchen team.<br>About You<br>You must have a fine dining / high-end pastry background.<br>Experience within restaurants, hotels, events or premium B&I. xwzovoh <br>Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.<br>If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to yasmin at COREcruitment dot com
