This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale, high-value projects within a fast-paced operational environment.Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the procurement of goods and services, ensuring value for money and compliance</li><li>Manage supplier relationships and oversee contract performance</li><li>Oversee fleet operations, including compliance, telematics, maintenance, and incident support</li><li>Plan and prioritise workloads effectively, using data to inform decision-making</li><li>Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver high performance</li><li>Drive operational efficiency across fleet and procurement functions</li></ul><p>Key Requirements</p><ul><li>Proven experience in procurement and contract management</li><li>Strong ability to plan workloads, prioritise effectively, xwzovoh and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Experience managing fleet operations, including compliance, telematics, and incident handling</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams</li><li>Strong background in large-scale construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects</li></ul>
