Field Service Engineer | Part-time | £24k+ per annum Staffline is proudly recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, a specialist supplier of high-end paints, chemicals, and food ingredients.<br><br>Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.<br><br>Based in Northern Ireland you will be required to work three days per week servicing clients in the North and South of the island.<br><br>Why work for us: Part-time three days per week Leading salary plus overtime Chance to earn up to 5% on top of salary from selling company products Company van + fuel card Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair powder coating equipment (Gema and related systems) Carry out equipment installations and commissioning at customer sites Diagnose faults and deliver efficient, high-quality repairs Provide operator training and basic technical support to customers Complete detailed service reports and documentation in a timely manner Act as a key point of contact for customers on-site Deliver a high level of customer service and technical advice Respond promptly to service requests and breakdowns Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to support customer needs Identify and promote service contracts and preventative maintenance programmes Upsell spare parts, consumables, and upgrades during service visits Generate and pass on qualified equipment sales leads to the sales team Support the conversion of opportunities into invoiceable equipment sales Manage van stock levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts Monitor stock usage and advise purchasing on replenishment requirements Ensure stock levels are maintained efficiently (no shortages or excess) Liaise with logistics and internal teams to ensure xwzovoh smooth service delivery Maintain a safe and organised working environment (on-site and in transit) Criteria: Previous experience in similar role preferred Background in electrical/mechanical servicing beneficial Full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points Able to work weekends/bank holidays when required Salary: £24,000 per annum x1.5 for working weekends x2 for bank holidays For further information please submit your CV via the link, or contact Craig in Staffline on .<br><br>Skills: Service Engineer Electrical Mechanical Benefits: Benefits<br>TPBN1_NI
