<p><strong><u>Engineering Project Manager</u></strong></p><p>Client: BAE System</p><p>Location: Rochester</p><p>Working Arrangements: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)</p><p>Duration: 12 months</p><p>Hourly Rate: £52.46 PAYE or £70.81 Umbrella</p><p><br><br>Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.<br></p><p>We’re looking for 2 experienced Engineering Project Managers to join a leading Electronic Systems Engineering team in Rochester.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electronics engineering background who has progressed into technical project leadership and enjoys working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and customers to deliver complex programmes.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead Engineering projects through the full lifecycle</li><li>Manage project delivery against cost, schedule and quality targets</li><li>Provide technical direction and programme leadership</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders, support teams and customers</li><li>Support and guide engineering teams to successful delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We’re xwzovoh Looking For</p><ul><li>Strong background in Electronics Engineering</li><li>Proven experience leading Engineering projects</li><li>Aerospace, Avionics, Defence or Maritime experience preferred</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>HNC minimum qualification</li><li>Agile project experience beneficial</li></ul>
