This company is developing a new generation of low-dose 3D radiography systems that will significantly improve the accessibility and cost of advanced medical imaging.</p><p><br><br>Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.<br></p><p>The team are looking for a Product Cyber Security Engineer to support the security of next-generation imaging systems as they move from R&D into commercial deployment.</p><p>Working with engineering and DevOps teams, you will help embed cybersecurity into the product lifecycle and support the organisation’s overall security posture.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technology areas:</strong> DevSecOps | Cloud Security | Embedded Systems | Cybersecurity</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><ul><li>Work on cybersecurity for next-generation medical imaging systems</li><li>Join a fast-growing DeepTech medical device start-up</li><li>Highly varied role across Cloud, Embedded Systems, Infrastructure, Integrations and more </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job title:</strong> Product Cyber Security Engineer</p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> Oxford (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)</p><p> <strong>Salary:</strong> Competitive + extensive benefits package including pension, flexible benefits allowance, enhanced parental leave and 33 days holiday.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><ul><li>Lead product cybersecurity lifecycle activities for 3D imaging systems</li><li>Manage vulnerability monitoring, triage and risk management</li><li>Support compliance with standards such as IEC 81001-5-1Drive continuous improvement in the secure design and development of our products across different verticals including medical and veterinary imaging, and non-destructive testing </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction and maintain compliance </li><li>As part of the DevOps team, contribute to the selection and integration of appropriate security tools and workflows to embed security at the heart of the development process </li><li>Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant cyber threats, trends and publicly disclosed vulnerabilities, acting as a subject matter expert </li><li>Advise and collaborate with stakeholders across the business on maintaining secure business systems </li><li>Contribute to production support and incident response activities as required </li><li>Maintain up-to-date product security documentation </li></ul><p><br></p> xwzovoh <p><strong>Desired Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in cybersecurity, product security or DevSecOps</li><li>Experience working with engineering teams to integrate security into development</li><li>Experience in regulated or process-driven environments is advantageous</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly</li><li>Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms, Windows or embedded systems beneficial</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please apply with an updated CV and we will contact you with further information.</p>
