If so, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We have an exciting 2-month temporary opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to be the friendly, visible face of Guinness in the local area - building relationships with our renting customers, homeowners, and shared-owners. No two days will be the same. From managing lettings and tackling anti-social behaviour to conducting estate inspections and representing Guinness in court, you'll be at the heart of everything we do for our communities.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Delivering a face-to-face customer service that truly reflects the Guinness way</li><li>Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations</li><li>Managing income, reducing debt, and keeping on top of your budget</li><li>Handling anti-social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, fly-tipping and graffiti</li><li>Completing health & safety and compliance checks, including fire risk assessments</li><li>Building relationships with local stakeholders such as residents' associations, local authorities and the police</li><li>Maintaining accurate customer records and using data to drive continuous improvement</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision</li><li>Confident using mobile technology and IT systems out in the field</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and resilience when faced with challenging situations</li><li>Experience working through legislative or organisational change</li><li>A full, valid UK driving licence</li></ul><p>Bonus Points For</p><ul><li>Experience in housing or property management</li><li>Knowledge of social housing legislation</li><li>Budget management experience</li><li>A qualification in Housing or Tenancy Management</li></ul><p>The Practicalities</p><p>This is a fully mobile role based within your defined customer area.
