Customer Care and Growth Executive<br><br>Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.<br><br>Salary £28,500 plus bonuses<br>Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm<br>Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset<br>We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.<br><br>Job Role: Customer Care and Growth Executive<br><br>Main Duties:<br>Prospective customer demonstrations remote<br>Existing customer demonstrations remote<br>Sales order processing<br>Managing leads - tracking and generation<br>Customer service and support<br>Diary management<br>Marketing support<br>Process and procedures upkeep and management<br>Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate<br>Internal/External communication updates as required<br>Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow<br>General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job<br><br>Knowledge and Skills<br>Essential:<br>Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)<br>Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint<br>Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment<br>Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks<br>Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting<br>Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries<br>Use a range of numerical and graphical xwzovoh data for the office environment<br>Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision<br>Show an awareness of others roles, responsibilities<br>Strong organisational skills<br><br>Desirable<br>Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology<br>Knowledge of the dental sector<br>Knowledge of the veterinary sector<br>Understanding of digital media<br>Understanding of consumer marketing<br>Experience of b2b sales<br>UK clean and current driving licence
