Chef<br><br>Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.<br>Were seeking a dedicated 3rd Chef to join our kitchen team at The River's Edge, Wimborne.<br>Salary/Benefits<br>£13 per hour + Tronc Tip System<br>Only 2 evening shifts and the rest breakfast and lunch shifts<br>About the Chef Role<br>This role is integral to supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in a refined casual dining environment, newly opened and anchored by fresh, seasonal produce from our Smallholding and local suppliers in Dorset.<br>Chef Key Responsibilities:<br>Assist the Head Chef & Sous chef in planning, prepping, and executing daily menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services (Friday and Saturday evenings required).<br>Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.<br>Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.<br>Collaborate with the team to uphold consistency and efficiency during service.<br>Chef Requirements:<br>Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential.<br>Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.<br>Ability to work up to 48 hours per week, maybe less at times, with Friday and Saturday evening shifts.<br>Must work closely with the Head Chef and sous chef and maintain communication across shifts. xwzovoh <br>To Apply Please submit your CV via the "Apply" button.
