You will play a vital role in delivering a refined, immersive experience that reflects the identity and prestige of Coreus.<br><br>In this role, you will act as a visible, hands-on leader on the restaurant floor, balancing service precision with commercial awareness. Your responsibilities will include performing the following to the highest luxury hospitality standards:<br>• Support the delivery of exemplary Food & Beverage service in line with hotel and Hilton brand standards<br>• Manage the rhythm and flow of service, ensuring seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house teams<br>• Encourage and support the team to maximise sales opportunities through refined up-selling and guest engagement<br>• Ensure Team Members consistently uphold brand standards and deliver personalised, attentive service<br>• Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and effective service recovery<br>• Oversee accurate transaction handling and ensure compliance with cash-handling and billing procedures<br>• Assist in managing team scheduling, stock control, and waste reduction to support operational efficiency<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>An Assistant Restaurant Manager, within Hilton brands leads with poise, attention to detail, and a guest-first mindset, supporting a high-performing team across a dynamic Food & Beverage environment.
