You will ensure the highest levels of quality, service, and financial performance, while maintaining the distinctive standards of Café Boulud and the Hilton luxury portfolio.<br>• Lead and manage Food & Beverage service to consistently deliver exceptional quality in line with hotel, brand standards<br>• Oversee the seamless flow of guests and service, ensuring effective coordination between front- and back-of-house teams<br>• Drive a commercial mindset within the team to maximise all revenue and sales opportunities<br>• Ensure team members consistently embody brand standards and deliver intuitive, personalised guest service<br>• Handle guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused approach<br>• Oversee accurate financial transactions and operational controls during service<br>• Manage team scheduling, stock control, and wastage to optimise efficiency and cost management<br><br>What are we looking for?<br><br>An Assistant General Manager - Café Boulud serving Hilton luxury brands acts at all times in the best interests of our guests, while inspiring and leading high-performing teams.
