We're seeking a passionate, experienced, motivated Area Manager to join our Supported Living team.<br><br>All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.<br><br>This is a rewarding and meaningful role, overseeing multiple services supporting adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex behaviours, and other challenged.<br><br>You'll ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered consistently across your area, while leading and developing staff teams to create environments where both they and the people we support can thrive.<br><br>Location: Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Salary: £36,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 9am<br>- 5pm, Monday to Friday, with additional out-of-hours on-call duties as part of the on-call rota What We Offer: £36,000 per annum 40-hour Full-Time Contract 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) A meaningful and rewarding role where you can directly influence outcomes for people we support Opportunities for leadership, professional development, and career progression Supportive and values-driven working environment What We're Looking For: Proven leadership and management experience in supported living environment or similar health and social care settings.<br><br>Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required as a minimum.<br><br>Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards this qualification.<br><br>Strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centred care.<br><br>Experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.<br><br>Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.<br><br>Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.<br><br>A passion and drive and make a difference.<br><br>Requirements: Must be 18 or over.<br><br>Must have the right to work in the UK.<br><br>Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.<br><br>A full Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidates.<br><br>What You'll Be Doing: Provide strategic and operational oversight of multiple supported living services.<br><br>Lead, coach, and develop the management team to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.<br><br>Monitor service quality, performance, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.<br><br>Ensure regulatory compliance, including CQC standards, health and safety governance.<br><br>Lead and support workforce management across your area.<br><br>Act as a senior point of contact for families, commissioners, local authorities, and external professionals.<br><br>Promote a positive culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and person-centred values.<br><br>Use audits, performance data, and feedback to inform service improvement and strategic development.<br><br>Support referrals, occupancy management, and service development in line with organisational objectives.<br><br>Act as a key link between operational delivery and senior management, ensuring effective communication.<br><br>About Us Keyline Care Supported Living is committed to ensuring that individuals who use our services receive great enabling support from a team of highly trained and engaged staff in environments that are homely and comfortable.<br><br>At Keyline Care, we are like family, our team is small and friendly, with over 110 years of combined experience in social care and a passion for providing care that works for every individual.<br><br>We know that care isn't one size fits all' and that's why we work to create and maintain fantastic relationships with our services users, founded on trust and respect.<br><br>Independence, Wellbeing and Potential is at the core of everything we do, we keep our values close to heart.<br><br>Safeguarding Statement Keyline Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support.<br><br>We expect all staff to share this commitment and to always act in the best interest of the individuals we support. xwzovoh <br><br>Employment is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references in line with safer recruitment guidelines.<br><br>Why wait Apply now to make a difference every day!
