About the Role As a Trainer, you ll deliver a variety of courses to diverse groups, ensuring high standards of teaching and assessment. From CPR techniques to mental health awareness, you ll empower learners with essential skills while contributing to the organisation s life-saving mission. You ll manage your own schedule, travel to training locations, and be responsible for setting up engaging, professional sessions. With support from a dedicated team, you ll maintain compliance with awarding body standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery.
