<p>Business Systems Trainer / Systems Support Lead</p><p>Redhill, Surrey Hybrid Working Permanent</p><p>Salary: £45,000+ DOE</p><p>We're partnering with a housing association to recruit a Business Systems Trainer / Systems Support Lead to support their Property Services and Trades teams.</p><p>This is a really people-focused systems role - ideal for someone who enjoys helping operational teams get the best out of technology, improving processes, and making systems easy to use for frontline staff.</p><p>You'll be supporting around 120 users across a mobile workforce environment, providing onboarding, coaching, first-line systems support, user guidance, and helping drive better system adoption across the business.</p><p>The organisation uses a bespoke operational system within their trades and property services function, so they're looking for someone who can quickly understand business processes, confidently support users, and communicate clearly with non-technical teams.</p><p>This is not a heavily technical IT infrastructure role. It would suit someone from a systems training, business systems support, CRM support, housing systems, repairs, field service, or operational improvement background.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver face-to-face and one-to-one systems training to frontline trades and operational staff</li><li>Support users with day-to-day system and process queries</li><li>Create simple user guides and training materials</li><li>Help improve system usage, user adoption, and operational processes</li><li>Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement</li><li>Support testing, upgrades, and system changes</li><li>Work closely with operational teams, managers, and IT stakeholders</li></ul><p>What they're looking for:</p><ul><li>Experience supporting or training users on CRM/business systems</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain systems clearly to operational or non-technical users</li><li>Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance, field service, or similar operational environments would be highly beneficial</li><li>Process improvement and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience with Dynamics or similar systems is desirable</li></ul><p>Additional information:</p><ul><li>Hybrid working - typically around 2 days per week in the office</li><li>Redhill location, so ability to commute/drive is beneficial</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?p4QwZ6nBSKmr8Nv1GIfPqZKpw3ol%2butMe" width="0" height="0" />
