<strong>Tenancy Sustainment Worker</strong><strong>Salary: PAYE £15.34</strong><strong>Hours: 37.5 hours per week</strong><strong>Contract type: 3 months+</strong><strong>Location: Exeter</strong><strong>Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, between 8:00am - 9:00pm</strong><strong>About the Role</strong> We are looking for a dedicated <strong>Tenancy Sustainment Worker</strong> to support customers in maintaining their accommodation and developing the skills and confidence to successfully manage their homes. You will play a key role in ensuring customers have access to appropriate services, safe and suitable <strong>housing</strong>, and ongoing <strong>support</strong>. <strong>Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help individuals sustain their tenancies, maximise their income, and access the right support at the right time.</strong> This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people within a supported housing environment.<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Support customers to sustain their tenancies and manage their accommodation</li><li>Assist individuals in building independent living skills and confidence</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies</li><li>Manage and monitor rent accounts</li><li>Support customers to maximise income and access benefits</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and manage challenging situations</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and case notes</li><li>Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies</li></ul><strong>About You</strong><strong>To be successful in this role, you will have:</strong><ul><li>Experience supporting individuals with housing-related needs</li><li>Experience managing risk and responding to challenging behaviour</li><li>Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and health & safety</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and find practical solutions</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience maintaining accurate records and reports</li><li>A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>Essential:</strong><ul><li>Good level of literacy and numeracy</li><li>Safeguarding certification</li><li>Evidence of continuous professional development</li></ul><strong>Desirable:</strong><ul><li>CIH qualification (or willingness to work towards)</li><li>NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field</li></ul> For more info, please contact <strong>Cali Webb</strong> on <strong></strong> or apply now.<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?fD6Rn5hL2vWxVOz3SaLDub3Oj8JY3kuGa" width="0" height="0" />
