Technology & Solution Lead - Workforce Management

<strong>WFM Technology & Solution Lead</strong><strong>London</strong><strong>UKG / Dayforce</strong><strong>Overview</strong>We are currently supporting a large-scale transformation programme seeking an experienced WFM Technology & Solution Lead with strong expertise across workforce management, scheduling, absence management, and enterprise solution architecture. This role will play a key part in defining and owning the end-to-end technology solution across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Workforce Management platforms.The successful candidate will work closely with architecture, integration, configuration, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions are delivered in line with enterprise standards and operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced programme environment with significant transformation activity and long-term project scope.<strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Define the end-to-end solution architecture for T&A and Scheduling (core modules, interfaces, data flows, reporting).</li><li>Own design for non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, auditability, security, privacy, availability.</li><li>Define environment strategy (DEV/TEST/UAT/PRE-PROD/PROD), release approach, and deployment governance.</li><li>Collaborate with Integration, Configuration, and Data teams to ensure build decisions align with architecture and standards.</li><li>Lead technical design reviews and ensure alignment to enterprise architecture, identity/access management, and data platforms.</li><li>Support issue resolution for complex defects, performance concerns, and integration failures.</li><li>Ensure operational support model is defined (monitoring, alerts, batch schedules, runbooks).</li></ul><strong>Experience Required</strong><ul><li>5+ years in HR/Workforce technology solutions with significant exposure to T&A/Scheduling platforms.</li><li>Strong integration and data-flow knowledge between Time, HR, Scheduling, and Payroll systems.</li><li>Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills (technical and non-technical).</li><li>Experience with common platforms and middleware (e.g., UKG/ATOSS, SAP, Workday, Boomi, MuleSoft, CPI).</li></ul><strong>Details:</strong><ul><li>£750 P/D (Inside IR 35)</li><li>Hybrid role (2 days P/W on-site)</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?GCyQiLeUhGWeWhKLKuEXlEveRFmDTG09j" width="0" height="0" />
