<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager (Business Analysis Focus) SAAS - Banking / Insurance </strong></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p> We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to deliver technology and business change initiatives within financial services. This role combines end-to-end project delivery with hands-on requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.</p><p>The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, define clear requirements, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned with business objectives.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Project Delivery</p><ul><li>Own and deliver project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources </li><li>Manage delivery roadmaps and track progress against key objectives </li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard </li></ul><p>Business Analysis</p><ul><li>Gather, define, and document business and system requirements </li><li>Break down complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables </li><li>Define workflows, process maps, and functional specifications </li></ul><p>Stakeholder Management</p><ul><li>Act as the key link between business and technical teams </li><li>Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones </li><li>Facilitate workshops and ensure stakeholder alignment </li></ul><p>Prioritisation & Process Improvement</p><ul><li>Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams </li><li>Identify and drive process improvements and operational efficiencies </li><li>Support business case development and performance tracking </li></ul><p>Technical Delivery & Governance</p><ul><li>Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful delivery </li><li>Oversee testing, quality assurance, and release readiness </li><li>Maintain clear documentation, governance, and risk management </li></ul><p></p><p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><ul><li>Proven Project Management and Business Analysis experience within banking, insurance, or financial services </li><li>Experience delivering technology or system implementation projects </li><li>Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills </li><li>Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles and technical processes </li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail </li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Agile experience </li><li>ClickUp or similar tools </li><li>Exposure to data/reporting environments </li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?sFiDUbGRNFeYgO1YAPvGxFUN9ky9dn75i" width="0" height="0" />
