Great training opportunities and a chance to deliver technical training in your own style.</p><p><strong>Your Role as a Technical Trainer:</strong></p><ul><li>Based predominantly from the Coventry office daily, you'll be the chosen product specialist on a brand of coffee and drinks machines.</li><li>Delivering ongoing support to the wider engineering team, as well as new starters, this is a very hands-on roll where you can put in your own personality.</li><li>Alongside training, you'll be developing course content, SOP's and staying abreast of new systems being released.</li><li>Developing support videos of equipment strip-downs and builds, highlighting key areas.</li><li>Liaising with the wider team internally to pass on methods of best practice.</li><li>Occasional travel out in the field (expensed).</li><li>Monday - Friday, daytime hours.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Background for the Technical Trainer Position:</strong></p><ul><li>You really need some existing technical training experience on electromechanical systems.</li><li>Or you'll be teaching in another capacity but enjoy being hands on and have a genuine interest in electrical and mechanical systems.</li><li>Failing that, you may be a coffee service engineer looking to use your experience in a new capacity.</li><li>Confident and concise presenting to people of different abilities; in person and via video.</li><li>A good sense of humour.</li><li>Strong time-management skills.</li><li>A love for coffee is advised but not essential here!</li><li>Full UK drivers licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely as no sponsorship will be provided.</li><li>Able and willing to commute daily to the Coventry site.</li></ul><p><strong>The Company recruiting for the Technical Trainer:</strong></p><ul><li>A rapidly growing and expanding coffee and drinks service provider.</li><li>Strong customer service offering; a company who take pride in their work.</li><li>A casual office environment.</li><li>Longer term progression opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>The Package for the Technical Trainer:</strong></p><ul><li>£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience.</li><li>Travel Expenses (non office)</li><li>On-going training</li><li>Life, medical, and dental insurance.</li><li>25 days holiday plus stats</li></ul><p>Please apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.</p><p>Dave is the main point of contact for the role.</p><p>INDENG</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?qEnyZ268FhKjcMamtIwbYrNDsUNe7OBog" width="0" height="0" />
