We are supporting them in the search for an experienced <strong>Senior Project Manager</strong> to join their Nuclear team, leading the successful delivery of complex <strong>EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) projects</strong> within the nuclear sector.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering business delivering high-integrity solutions across highly regulated environments. Working across a portfolio of nuclear infrastructure projects, you will take full ownership of project lifecycle delivery - from initial tender and design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and final handover.</p><p>You will play a critical leadership role, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and fully aligned with NEC contractual requirements.</p><p>The role offers exposure to major UK nuclear programmes and strategic infrastructure projects, working alongside leading operators, Tier 1 contractors, and regulated site environments.</p><p>They are based in Reading, operating a hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple EC&I projects within the nuclear sector.</li><li>Manage project scope, cost, risk, and schedule in line with NEC contract frameworks.</li><li>Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships with nuclear stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning activities.</li><li>Drive commercial performance, reporting, change control, and risk mitigation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering EC&I projects within the nuclear sector.</li><li>Strong working knowledge and practical application of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts.</li><li>Experience managing complex engineering projects in highly regulated environments.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and variations.</li><li>Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li>Negotiable salary (enquire for details)</li><li>28 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>6.5% matched pension</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Hybrid working model (3 days per week on-site in Stone)</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Got your attention?</strong></p><p>If you believe that you have the skills and experience for the Senior Project Manager role - then please get in touch.
