Senior Fire Risk Assessor

<p>An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our valued client as a <strong>Senior Fire Risk Assessor</strong>,<strong> leading a small a team and signing off on all Fire Risk Assessments across the business.</strong></p><p><strong>This role would suit someone with a minimum of Level 4 Certificate in Intermediate Fire Risk Assessment. Level 5 Certificate in Advanced Fire Risk Assessment preferred.</strong></p><p><strong>Starting salary between £45,000 and £60,000, reflective of the candidate's experience and qualification level.</strong></p><p>As this role will involve <strong>travel throughout the UK</strong> and our client offers <strong>flexible home working</strong>, they are flexible as to where the candidate lives, <strong>however Midlands or North of the Midlands/ Cheshire based</strong> would be ideal in order to reduce travel times. </p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>The successful Senior Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for:-</strong></p><ul><li>Managing a small team of Fire Risk Assessors, dealing with escalations and more complex clients.</li><li>Signing off on all Fire Risk Assessments.</li><li>Mentoring Fire Risk Assessors to ensure their full potential is maximised.</li><li>Conducting detailed, complex fire risk assessments across a range of premises.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with key clients. </li><li>Developing tailored action plans to mitigate fire hazards.</li><li>Providing expert guidance to clients on compliance with UK fire safety legislation.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>The ideal Senior Fire Risk Assessor will have:-</strong></p><ul><li><strong>A minimum of Level 4 Certificate in Intermediate Fire Risk Assessment. Level 5 Certificate in Advanced Fire Risk Assessment preferred. </strong></li><li>Proven experience within a Fire Risk Assessing role.</li><li>Knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.</li><li>Strong communication and analytical skills.</li><li>Experience leading a team. </li><li>An ability to make decisions and be accountable.</li><li><strong>Full UK driving licence, with a willingness to travel.</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits of Senior Fire Risk Assessor position to include:-</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive salary reflective of experience, approximately between £45,000 and £60,000.</strong></li><li><strong>Flexible</strong> working options.
