They have built a strong reputation for technical excellence, customer service, and delivering modern Microsoft-focused solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.</p><p></p><p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><p>Joining as a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role within the technical team, supporting escalated infrastructure issues while assisting with the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects.</p><p>You'll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualised environments, supporting a predominantly cloud-based client base. The role will involve Azure migrations, AVD deployments, server upgrades, networking projects, and mentoring junior engineers within the service desk function.</p><p></p><p><strong>What will you need?</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience within an MSP environment in a 3rd Line or Project Engineering capacity</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD / Entra ID</li><li>Experience supporting AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory</li><li>Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and switching fundamentals</li><li>Experience with virtualisation technologies and virtual machines (VMware / Hyper-V)</li><li>Knowledge of storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions</li><li>PowerShell scripting and automation experience</li><li>Experience using ConnectWise, PSA, or RMM tools within an MSP</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with clients</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What would be desirable?</strong></p><ul><li>Experience delivering cloud migrations and infrastructure projects</li><li>Exposure to Ubiquiti / UniFi networking technologies</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection</li><li>Previous experience mentoring junior engineers or assisting with escalations</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>To Apply </strong></p><p>Please apply through this advert or email your CV directly to </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Lvxcf8sYvdrvMWdzDoEhecccX%2fUytAwDn" width="0" height="0" />
