SAP Transformation Architect

<p><strong>Full right to work in the UK:</strong> ILR, British passport, national</p><p><strong>Hybrid:</strong> 3 days per week in office</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London or at a commutable distance</p><p><strong>Hiring process:</strong> 2 technical interviews and a HR call</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>visionary Senior Principal Technology Architect - SAP</strong> to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across UK.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end SAP solution architecture across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA implementations</li><li>Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, SAP roadmap (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE), and enterprise standards</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders</li><li>Lead architecture governance, Phase 0 activities, and delivery execution</li><li>Drive pre-sales, RFPs, solution blueprints, and effort estimations</li><li>Mentor architects and set quality standards across the SAP practice</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>15 years+ experience in IT</li><li>Deep SAP expertise (functional or technical) with hands-on consulting experience</li><li>Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM (EWM/TM/AI a plus)</li><li>4+ full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including large transformation programs</li><li>Proven leadership in client engagement, pre-sales, and delivery</li><li>SAP certification and excellent stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p></p><p> <strong>Thought leadership, publications, or IP are a strong advantage.</strong></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?YmgcgEHB4yEd8mOwe%2fnnlk7NkkUcNzx%2bv" width="0" height="0" />
