(Postcodes will be subject to discussion).</p><p>Ideally, they are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, who is capable of carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveys and conducting Level 2 surveys. Working remotely on either a full-time or part-time basis.</p><p><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>£54,000 - £62,500 Basic </li><li>£64,000 - £77,000 on-target earnings </li><li>Bonus structure, with an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per annum</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Generous car allowance</li><li>Healthcare</li><li>Leading software for report writing</li><li>Career progression opportunities</li><li>RICS Subscription fees covered </li></ul><p><strong>Working hours:</strong></p><p>This Residential Surveyor position offers flexible working arrangements, with the choice of full-time or part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week on a part-time basis) within a 25-mile radius of your home on a remote / work-from-home basis. Only working Monday to Friday, ensuring weekends remain free for personal pursuits!</p><p><strong>Residential Surveyor requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>AssocRICS or higher accreditation</li><li>At least two years of post-qualified experience, including VRS proficiency.</li><li>Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.</li></ul><p><strong>Key duties for this Residential Surveyor include:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting Mortgage Valuation surveys and Level 2 property surveys within the assigned patch.</li><li>Carrying out inspections and producing detailed, accurate reports using leading software tools.</li><li>Managing a flexible schedule to meet clients' deadlines and survey requirements.</li><li>Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Adhering to relevant industry standards and best practice regulations.</li><li>Prioritising health and safety protocols on all survey sites.</li><li>Aligning with the company's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.</li></ul><p>If you're looking to take your surveying career to the next level in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
