Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive <strong>Property Manager</strong> to oversee a portfolio of <strong>residential properties</strong>. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all legal and compliance standards are met.<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of r<strong>esidential properties</strong>, ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues promptly</li><li>Coordinate <strong>repairs and maintenance</strong>, including scheduling contractors and monitoring works to completion</li><li>Manage and resolve <strong>tenant complaints</strong> in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Conduct <strong>property inspections</strong> and ensure health & safety regulations are met</li><li>Liaise with landlords, contractors, and external stakeholders</li><li>Oversee tenancy processes including renewals, move-ins, and move-outs</li><li>Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage contractor costs</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>Previous experience in property management or housing</li><li>Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes</li><li>Experience handling customer service issues and complaints</li><li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities</li><li>Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance (desirable)</li><li>5 days a week on site presence in our Slough Office </li></ul>If you have the relevant skills then please apply today.<img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?8BtgX7rrSYHoZflP6GTVIxzhOGCXu%2fhpy" width="0" height="0" />
