<p><strong>Position: Project Team Leader (Contract)</strong></p><p><strong>Organisation</strong>: <strong>HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS)</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Hybrid / UK-based (occasional travel as required)</p><p><strong>Day Rate</strong>: <strong>£425 per day (Outside IR35)</strong></p><p><strong>Contract Length</strong>: Up to <strong>6 months initially</strong> (with potential extension)</p><p><strong>Security Clearance (SC) - essential</strong></p><p><strong>About the Programme</strong>:</p><p>HMCTS is delivering high-profile change activity that requires strong coordination across delivery teams, workstreams and governance forums. Clear leadership, robust planning and reliable reporting are essential to maintain pace and control.</p><p><strong>Join Our Team</strong>:</p><p>We are seeking a Project Team Leader who can coordinate delivery activity across one or more workstreams, supporting the Project/Programme leadership with planning, governance, RAID management and delivery reporting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Coordinate work packages and deliverables with stakeholders to ensure activity progresses and deadlines are met.</li><li>Oversee monitoring of project plans and manage RAID/action tracking to support delivery control.</li><li>Lead logistical coordination for stakeholder sessions and ensure actions are accurately recorded, owned and closed.</li><li>Support workstream planning and issue/risk management, escalating where required to maintain delivery.</li><li>Collate information and support delivery progress reporting and briefing packs for senior stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Demonstrable experience leading/coordinating delivery teams or workstreams in complex programmes.</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery reporting capability.</li><li>Comfortable working at pace with multiple moving parts.</li></ul><p><strong>Contact Us</strong>:</p><p>For further information, please contact <strong>John Lavictoire</strong>, Director at Seymour John Public Services</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?mvZ2aGq5iQW2C5uCg2AzyN5HOISRLLszf" width="0" height="0" />
