<strong>IT Programme Manager - Risk & Compliance Programme</strong><p> Newport / Hybrid Working £76,000 + Excellent benefits</p><p>Yolk Recruitment are supporting an organisation undergoing a significant cyber security and technology transformation programme and are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to take ownership of a large-scale portfolio of critical IT and security projects.</p><p>This is a high-impact role with responsibility for driving delivery across a multi-year programme focused on risk, compliance, infrastructure and cyber security initiatives within a complex, regulated environment.</p><p>You'll work across senior stakeholders, technology teams, suppliers and business functions to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest governance standards.</p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong><ul><li>Leading delivery of a complex IT Risk & Compliance Programme</li><li>Managing multiple concurrent projects across technology and cyber security</li><li>Owning programme governance, reporting, planning and delivery oversight</li><li>Managing budgets, forecasting and resource planning</li><li>Working closely with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership</li><li>Coordinating internal technology teams and third-party suppliers</li><li>Driving risk management, issue resolution and programme controls</li><li>Supporting and mentoring Project Managers within the wider team</li><li>Ensuring smooth transition of new services into operational support</li></ul><strong>What we're looking for</strong><ul><li>Strong background delivering large-scale IT programmes or portfolios</li><li>Experience within cyber security, risk or compliance-led programmes</li><li>Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and governance experience</li><li>Experience delivering within Agile and Waterfall environments</li><li>Excellent programme planning and reporting capability</li><li>Strong commercial and budget management experience</li><li>Previous experience managing Project Managers or delivery teams</li><li>Prince2 Practitioner certified</li><li>MSP or ITIL certifications desirable</li></ul><strong>Why apply?</strong><ul><li>Opportunity to lead a business-critical transformation programme</li><li>Large-scale investment and long-term roadmap</li><li>Senior stakeholder exposure and strategic influence</li><li>Hybrid working environment</li><li>Strong long-term career progression potential</li></ul><p>If you're an experienced IT Programme Manager with a background in security, governance or enterprise technology transformation, we'd love to hear from you.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?G0hIdw8wptuXWttOC%2buewTdA2Qwx7C%2b6q" width="0" height="0" />
