<p><strong>Mobile Handyman - Residential Portfolio </strong><strong>Full-time Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm Company Van Provided</strong><strong>Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)</strong></p><p>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Mobile Handyman</strong> to support a portfolio of residential developments. This is a varied, hands-on role focused on <strong>communal area maintenance only</strong>, including <strong>light repairs</strong>, <strong>painting and decorating</strong>, and general upkeep across multiple sites.</p><p>You will be provided with a <strong>company van</strong> and will work closely with on-site teams to ensure communal spaces are maintained to a high standard.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>General light maintenance within communal areas across multiple sites</p></li><li><p>Painting and decorating of corridors, lobbies, stairwells and shared spaces</p></li><li><p>Basic repairs (e.g. door adjustments, fixtures, minor carpentry)</p></li><li><p>Maintaining bin stores, plant rooms and back-of-house areas</p></li><li><p>Supporting site teams with reactive communal maintenance requests</p></li><li><p>Carrying out regular visual checks of communal areas</p></li><li><p>Reporting larger maintenance issues to management</p></li><li><p>Keeping tools, materials and company van organised and safe</p></li></ul><strong>About You</strong><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a handyman / maintenance role</p></li><li><p>Confident with painting and decorating</p></li><li><p>Able to carry out general light maintenance tasks</p></li><li><p>Professional, reliable and self-motivated</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently across multiple locations</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills when liaising with on-site teams</p></li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li><p>Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable travelling between sites</p></li></ul><strong>What's on Offer</strong><ul><li><p>Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience</p></li><li><p>Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm </p></li><li><p>Company van provided</p></li><li><p>Stable, long-term opportunity across a residential portfolio</p></li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?tnOcX87vYBsG%2f%2fbculJ31RKd0zlf4Sltp" width="0" height="0" />
