Multi-Drop Van Delivery Driver

<p><p>Are you an experienced Multi Stop Courier Driver?<br>As a <strong>(3.5t) Multi-Drop Van Delivery Driver </strong>you will be responsible for delivering a high volume of parcels, packages, or goods to multiple destinations in a designated area. The role requires efficiency, time management, and excellent customer service.<br><strong>Hours: </strong> 08:30 to 18:30 – (hours may vary depending on number of drops)<br><strong>Days: </strong> 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday)<br><strong>Pay: </strong> £ 14.73 per hour - PAYE via Pertemps <br>OT rate after 45 hours £15.95 per hour <br>OT for weekends, BH etc up to £22.10 per hour <br><strong>Location: </strong> Aylesford, Kent <br><strong>Multi-Drop Van Delivery Driver </strong> Key Responsibilities:<br></p><ul><li>Deliver parcels, packages, or goods to multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (approx. 60-70 stops) </li><li>Load parcels into the van at the start of the day and unload them at each stop, handling packages safely. </li><li>Customer Service: Communicate with customers professionally, confirming deliveries, and addressing any queries. </li><li>Using a handheld device to track deliveries, update statuses, and capture customer signatures when necessary. </li> </ul><br><strong>Multi-Drop Van Delivery Driver </strong> Skills & Qualifications:<br><ul><li><li>Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (manual) </li><li>Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritise deliveries. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry parcels, often involving physical work. </li><li>Knowledge of using GPS systems, handheld devices, and apps to log deliveries. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers positively. </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>This position will be subject to a DBS and work history check from the past 5 years </li> </ul><br>If you've got what it takes, click apply now or call the Pertemps Maidstone office for more information. </p> </li>
