IT Technician - on site

<p>IT Onsite Technician</p><p>Manchester- on site</p><p>£29K - 35K</p><p>An experienced IT Technician is required for our legal client. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support in the Manchester office. You'll support users, maintain IT hardware and infrastructure, and help ensure systems remain available and reliable.</p><p>Responsibilities-</p><ul><li>On-site deskside and hardware support</li><li>Managing IT assets, device builds, refreshes, and repairs</li><li>Resolving and logging incidents via a ticketing system</li><li>Supporting meeting rooms, AV, and video conferencing</li><li>Assisting with server, storage, and network hardware</li><li>Daily hardware and environment checks</li><li>Supporting projects and occasional out-of-hours work</li></ul><p>Experience required-</p><ul><li>Broad software application skills desired.</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to master new software applications and technologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience with a ticketing system strongly preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in network skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Must have at least 2+ years' experience with Windows operating systems and hardware in a computer support related setting; experience working in a networked environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of ITIL service management and its processes is highly advantageous.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of AV systems and telecommunications would be beneficial.</li></ul><p>A great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on IT support role in a professional on-site environment.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinz3%2bAbRenH0NkmR08T4J1DNs" width="0" height="0" />
