Interim Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor - West London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates / Senior Estates Surveyor to join a well-established Local Authority team in West London on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor to work across a diverse mixed-use portfolio within a supportive and collaborative team environment. The Contract<ul><li>Initial 3-month contract (likely to extend)</li><li>£561 per day (Inside IR35 UMBRELLA)</li><li>West London</li><li>Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing a predominantly commercial mixed-use property portfolio</li><li>Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals</li><li>Handling landlord & tenant matters</li><li>Managing lettings and lease negotiations</li><li>Service charge management</li><li>General estates management duties</li><li>Providing professional property advice to stakeholders</li></ul>About You<ul><li>MRICS qualified (preferred)</li><li>Previous Local Authority/Public Sector experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial property and estates management</li><li>Experience managing landlord & tenant matters</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload</li></ul>If you are an experienced Chartered Surveyor available in the coming weeks and looking for your next interim opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
