<p>HRIS Project Manager - Global SAP SuccessFactors Programme</p><p>Location: St Pauls, London - Hybrid (2 days office)</p><p>Contract: 24 months on a 6-month rolling basis</p><p>Rate:Inside IR35</p><p>Start: Must be available within 2 weeks</p><p>Go-live: November 2026</p><p>A leading international law firm is looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a major global HR transformation programme centred around SAP SuccessFactors.</p><p>This is a high-profile role working closely with senior HR and business leadership to deliver a global HR platform rollout across multiple international offices. The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and organisational change throughout the programme lifecycle.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the global implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors</li><li>Manage HR transformation workstreams including process improvement and business change</li><li>Drive programme governance, planning, RAID management and executive reporting</li><li>Work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and the wider business</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and delivery partners globally</li><li>Ensure delivery against timelines, budget and programme objectives</li><li>Support communications, training and adoption activities across the business</li></ul><p>Required experience:</p><ul><li>Proven track record delivering multiple global HR platform implementations</li><li>Strong HRIS transformation experience within complex international environments</li><li>SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred</li><li>Legal sector experience highly desirable - wider professional services may also be considered</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level</li><li>Experience managing third-party vendors and systems integrators</li><li>Hands-on project delivery approach with excellent communication skills</li></ul><p>This role would suit a senior HRIS Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a global law firm environment and can manage both technical delivery and business transformation.</p><p>2-stage interview process.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?Ae5qx6keinzsl7ufAbWuNTVJu%2b2lmYyRs" width="0" height="0" />
