Housing Manager

<p>To take full operational ownership of void properties from the point of technical specification through to practical completion and handover, ensuring that:</p><p>- Works are instructed to the principal contractor accurately and without delay </p><p>- Delivery is compliant with all health & safety and statutory requirements </p><p>- Works are completed on time, to the required quality, and within agreed cost parameters </p><p>- The completed void meets the defined lettable standard and is fit for purpose </p><p>- All stakeholders are kept informed through clear, structured communication </p><p>- Performance against void turnaround targets (minor and major voids) is achieved </p><p>This role is accountable for delivery, control, assurance, and outcome.</p><p>For more information, please contact Simone at Social Care Locums. </p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?NNcQ65VzYn29JeL3nPJ2AyrimMdxpVVsz" width="0" height="0" />
