Contract Manager - Housing Planned Refurbishments

<p>Our client is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of social housing planned works. With a focus on planned refurbishments, the business partners with housing associations and local authorities to improve homes and communities across the UK.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Lead and manage Site Managers and operational teams delivering planned maintenance works</li><li>Oversee kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing properties</li><li>Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality expectations</li><li>Monitor performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvement</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures</li><li>Manage programme planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance</li><li>Contribute to commercial performance, including cost control and value optimisation</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a Contract Manager/Site Manager role within social housing or planned maintenance</li><li>Strong track record delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes</li><li>Experience managing site teams and operational staff</li><li>Proven leadership, communication, and management skills</li><li>Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><ul><li>£55k-£60k base salary</li><li>£6,500 car allowance or company car</li><li>Approximately 15% in annual bonus</li><li>5% employer pension contribution</li><li>26 days AL plus bank holidays</li><li>Private healthcare benefits</li><li>Clear progression path / opportunities</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?HEJlsczeL0uumtF0xa%2fpOSb0yJiqJJbxk" width="0" height="0" />
