<p><b>Business Development Executive</b></p> <p><strong>Belfast<br /> £30K- £32K per annum + Bonus Opportunities</strong></p> <p>My client, a growing and innovative business within the membership and rewards sector, is seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand their partner network across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in partnerships, commercial growth, and business development. You'll play a key role in securing exclusive offers, discounts, and rewards that enhance the value of Membership Plus and Perks cardholders.</p> <p><b>The Role</b></p> <p>You will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle - from identifying and approaching new venues to negotiating commercial agreements and managing ongoing relationships.</p> <p>Working closely with businesses across hospitality, retail, leisure, and lifestyle sectors, you will secure high-value partnerships that strengthen the overall member offering while driving revenue growth.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p>Identify and target new venue partners across NI & ROI</p> <p>Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities</p> <p>Conduct outreach campaigns through HubSpot, phone calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings</p> <p>Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective partners</p> <p>Negotiate exclusive offers, discounts, and promotional packages</p> <p>Manage and renew existing partner agreements, identifying opportunities to improve terms and grow relationships Promote and sell Perks cards directly to venue partners</p> <p><b>About You</b></p> <p>A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Commercially aware with a proactive and ambitious mindset Passionate about business development and partnerships Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?%2bjBHvVsVsDfOvbYFNh1WOsRNDpKyBnyHv" width="0" height="0" />
