<strong>Your Company:</strong>NET Recruit is searching the market for a <strong>Bid Manager</strong> to join a technology business operating in the Bournemouth area.<strong>Your Role and Responsibilities</strong><em>While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:</em><strong></strong><ul><li>Acting as a Bid Manager, leading the preparation and submission of customer bids, proposals, and tender documentation</li><li>Managing the full bid lifecycle, ensuring submissions are completed to a high standard and within strict deadlines</li><li>Developing compliant and commercially sound proposals in line with customer requirements</li><li>Reviewing technical, commercial, legal, and administrative documentation as part of the tender process</li><li>Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to gather inputs for bid submissions</li><li>Implementing bid strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders</li><li>Managing bids as short-term projects with defined timelines and deliverables</li><li>Overseeing subcontractor engagement, including scopes of work, RFQs, and negotiations</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems with bid progress</li><li>Presenting bid documentation to senior stakeholders for approval</li><li>Supporting the transition of successful bids into project delivery teams</li><li>Engaging with clients and partners, including occasional travel where required</li></ul><strong>What you will need to Apply:</strong><ul><li>Strong experience within bid management and proposal development</li><li>Proven ability to manage the full tender lifecycle</li><li>Experience interpreting complex technical and commercial requirements</li><li>Strong analytical and commercial awareness skills</li><li>Experience managing internal teams and external stakeholders</li><li>Confident communication and presentation abilities</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project planning tools</li><li>Experience in customer-facing roles</li><li>Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline</li><li>Experience within a technical or engineering-led environment</li><li>Additional language skills</li></ul> Applicants must be willing to travel where required for the role.<strong>What you will get in Return:</strong> This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative organisation operating within a specialised technology sector.
