<p><p><strong>Job Title: </strong> Bid Manager Main Contractor </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> Belfast </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong> Competitive, DOE </p><p><br>We are recruiting an ambitious <strong>Bid Manager </strong>to join a growing and respected contractor delivering high quality projects, across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of projects including fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance and build. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across Ireland, they ae seeking a motivated Bid Manager to lead the delivery of high quality tender submissions across public and private sector projects. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><ul><li>Lead and manage the end-to-end bid and tender process </li><li>Coordinate SQ/PQQ submissions and tender responses </li><li>Work with estimators and operational teams to develop competitive bid strategies </li><li>Manage tender programmes, deadlines, and submission compliance </li><li>Review client requirements and ensure full compliance with procurement criteria </li><li>Support framework applications and public-sector procurement submissions </li><li>Coordinate tender interviews and presentations </li><li>Maintain and improve the company bid library and submission templates </li><li>Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities </li><li>Analyse feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to drive continuous improvement </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li>Previous experience in a Bid Manager, Proposals Manager, or Pre-Construction role within construction </li><li>Ideally a strong understanding of public-sector procurement and tendering processes </li><li>Excellent written communication and organisational skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality </li><li>Commercial awareness and strategic thinking </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To Apply: </strong><br>Click Apply or send your updated CV to confidentially. </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
