Warehouse Operative/ FLT Reach Truck Driver

Warehouse Operative £28,000 – £30,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing business offering a long-term position for an experienced warehouse professional. Key Responsibilities * Managing the day-to-day running of warehouse operations * Booking stock onto the SAP system from purchase orders * Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently * Ensuring same-day dispatch wherever possible * Carrying out stock checks and stock transfers * Building kits and preparing production orders * Ensuring returned stock is processed correctly * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment * Security checking orders before dispatch * Supporting goods in/goods out processes * Operating a Reach FLT when required Skills & Experience Required * Previous warehouse experience * Valid Reach FLT licence or proven Reach Truck experience * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills * Computer literate with stock system experience * Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Positive and team-focused attitude Desirable Experience * SAP or warehouse stock system knowledge * Scanner and inventory management experience * Warehouse planning experience This role would suit someone who is hands-on, dependable and looking to secure a long-term opportunity within a busy warehouse environment
