Job Title: Telehandler Operators (A17 CPCS Telescopic Handler) Location: Port Talbot Start Date: July 2026 Duration: Until December 2026 Rates: Excellent rates available CIS or PAYE Piling Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for experienced Telehandler Operators for a major piling project based in Port Talbot, starting July 2026 and running through to December 2026. This is a long-term opportunity on a busy site where skilled, reliable operators are required to support day-to-day logistics and material handling. Key Responsibilities: * Safe operation of a telescopic handler on a busy construction site * Moving, loading, and unloading materials as required * Assisting with site logistics and material distribution * Supporting trades and site management with deliveries * Working safely in and around piling rigs and piling operations * Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance * Working in line with site health & safety procedures Requirements: * Valid CPCS Telescopic Handler (Telehandler) ticket * Proven experience operating a telehandler on construction sites * Experience working around piling rigs and heavy plant operations is highly desirable * Good understanding of site safety and manual handling procedures * Ability to work effectively as part of a site team * Must be able to commit to the full contract duration (July–December 2026) * Safety Critical Medical required (can be arranged if not currently held) What We Offer: * Excellent rates of pay (CIS or PAYE options available) * Long-term, consistent work on a major project * Strong site team and professional working environment * Support with Safety Critical Medical if required If you are an experienced Telehandler Operator available for long-term work in Port Talbot, we would like to hear from you.
