Visual Inspector Location: Exhall Type: Temp to Perm Shift: Day shift Pay: £14.00 per hour Agency: Actio Recruitment Actio Recruitment are supporting a respected CNC machining and precision engineering company in Exhall as they look to add a Visual Inspector to their quality team. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering long‑term stability and room to grow. The Role Working within a busy machine shop, you will carry out a range of visual and basic dimensional checks to ensure components meet the required standards. Daily tasks will include: * Inspecting batches of machined parts for surface finish, defects and general conformity * Checking threads using gauges * Verifying thread depths and other features * Recording results accurately and reporting any non‑conformances * Supporting wider quality activities as required * Developing your skills with further training provideD About You We’re looking for someone who brings: * Circa 2 years’ experience working in a precision engineering or CNC machining environment * A good eye for detail and a methodical approach * Confidence reading basic instructions and recording measurements * Reliability, accuracy and a positive attitude towards learning Why Apply * Temp‑to‑perm route with a stable employer * Day shift working pattern * Training and progression opportunities * £14.00 per hour If you’re an experienced inspector or a quality‑minded production operative looking to step into inspection work, we’d like to hear from you.
