QHSE Manager

I’m currently supporting a manufacturing and fabrication business in Forfar with the recruitment of a QHSE Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and improving the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems across the business. The role will involve: Leading ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems Managing audits and compliance activities Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Driving a positive health & safety culture Working closely with operational and engineering teams Managing corrective actions and root cause investigations The business is looking for someone with: Experience within fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering Strong knowledge of QHSE systems and standards NEBOSH qualification A practical and collaborative approach Experience working closely with workshop and production environments This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being involved operationally while also contributing strategically to business improvement.
