Production Operative Location: Hinckley Pay Rate: £14.63 PM Shift: Mon-Fri 16:00pm – 00:00am About the Role We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering long-term opportunities and the potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period. You will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard. Key Responsibilities * Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment * Assembling products and components to specification * Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards * Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch * Following health & safety procedures at all times * Maintaining a clean and organised work area * Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors Skills & Experience Required * Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good attention to detail and quality standards * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player * Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required * Willingness to learn and be trained on different processes What We Offer * Weekly pay while on temporary contract * Opportunity to secure a permanent position * Job training provided with no qualifications required * Supportive team environment * Overtime opportunities may be available How to Apply If you are hardworking, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we’d love to hear from you.
