Job Description: Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Hinckley LE10 Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts * Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks) * Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks) Pay: £12.97 Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12-week TTP) Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Hinckley, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse function. BENEFITS * Monday to Friday role * 12-week Temp to Perm opportunity * Modern warehouse and canteen facilities * Free meals available, including protein meals * Free tea and coffee * “Spin the Wheel” employee reward scheme * Relaxed Friday business updates with the wider team * Supportive and positive working environment * Excellent staff retention and long-term opportunities THE ROLE * Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control * Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams * Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment * Support continuous improvement within the operation * Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow * Follow all health & safety procedures at all times THE REQUIREMENTS * Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial * Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team * Ability to work well independently and within a team environment * Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems * Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential * A valid driving licence with no more than 3 points would be beneficial for insurance purposes, although not essential This company values teamwork, trust, cooperation, and positive attitudes above strict targets, making it a great environment for candidates looking for long-term stability and development.
