If so, we would love to hear from you. DSC Nutrition is a growing UK manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, producing tablets, capsules and powders for customers across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Pre-Sales Assistant to support new enquiries, understand customer requirements, and help move opportunities through to order placement with accuracy and professionalism. The Role * Handle inbound customer enquiries and identify product requirements across vitamins, supplements, and nutritional products. * Assess whether an enquiry is ready to move to order or whether a quotation is required. * Support customers with clear, informed communication throughout the early stages of the sales process. * Accurately process approved orders and ensure all key information is recorded correctly. * Work closely with internal teams to hand over confirmed orders for production and quality review. About You * Confident communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner. * Customer-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries accurately. * A genuine interest in vitamins, supplements, health products or the wider wellness sector. * Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer needs quickly. * Previous experience in nutrition, supplements, wellness, personal training, sales support or a related field would be advantageous.
