Engineering Project Manager

Project Manager | Engineering & Manufacturing | Bristol YT Technologies is proud to be a partner for Domin. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team at their Bristol HQ. This role is about bringing structure to a fast-paced environment at the intersection of additive manufacturing and advanced hydraulics. The Role: * Translating business and product strategy into executable projects, taking responsibility for effective scoping, planning, and successful project launch. * Leading the delivery of complex engineering, manufacturing and product development projects from concept through to completion. * Building and maintaining clear, practical project plans that keep teams aligned and moving forward. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. * Actively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies before they become problems. * Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates on progress, priorities, and challenges. * Supporting timely decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations. Essential Requirements: 1) Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams. 2) Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies. 3) Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changing priorities. 4) Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5) A strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes. 6) Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure to them. Beneficial Requirements: 1) 3–6 years of proven experience delivering projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-led environment. 2) Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline. 3) Experience in product development or advanced manufacturing environments. 4) Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business. 5) Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
