Activities Coordinator – Residential Care Home – AV1938B
Location: Wragby, Lincolnshire
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm (30 hours per week)
About the Home
Established in 1978 and owner-managed since 2004, this friendly and well-respected residential care home offers a warm, personal environment for older adults requiring long-term, respite, and short-term care.
Registered for 20 residents but intentionally operating at a smaller occupancy of 17, the home provides a genuinely homely atmosphere where residents and staff are known individually and valued as part of the wider care family. The home is proud to hold a ‘GOOD’ CQC rating, reflecting its commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
The service supports a mix of privately funded and social services residents, with current residents ranging in age from their early 80s to 101 years old. Care is centred around dignity, companionship, independence, and creating meaningful daily experiences for every resident.
The home has built a loyal and stable staff team, with many team members choosing the service specifically because of its smaller, supportive environment in contrast to larger corporate care settings.
Facilities and environment include:
• Small, friendly, family-run residential care home
• ‘GOOD’ rated by the CQC
• Comfortable single bedrooms and homely communal spaces
• Long-standing, supportive staff team
• Person-centred residential and respite care
• Digital care planning system (Log My Care)
• Peaceful rural Lincolnshire setting
